They were looky to get 1 star. Very disapointed, didnt have any units, cookers etc on time sold a kitchen they couldn't deliver.

After numerous phone calls and visits over the last 10 weeks to this establishment I eventually got my refund only after being told different things every time I did actually happen to get a reply from the staff.Thank you Paul for sorting this mess out for me in only one day of you knowing about it.I think a lesson in customer care and communication is needed here.

Really helpful staff, great product range & nothing was too much trouble.UPDATE :-Adam & Cory were extremely helpful today and as a result we placed a 22k order with the company. Thank you guys, you're a credit to the company.

Adam came out 6 weeks ago to measure up my kitchen, he then booked me in to go see a design on screen , when I arrived he hadn’t actually done any design , he finally done one after 2hrs which was ok but I wasn’t sure about so I asked to see a slightly different layout, which he replied was too difficult for him but would sit down with another colleague and would email me the design. 4weeks later I’m still waiting , I’ve rang 3 times to which he finally rang back on Monday and promised he would send something later that afternoon, I’m still waiting . This does not fill me with confidence when I’m spending thousands of pounds with a company. Therefore I will not be considering Howdens in Workington for my kitchen .
