Great service! Made a lot of children happy today. Thank you for providing a fantastic service. Dropped and collected when they said, they were a little late however it is a very busy day for them today and we totally understood . Bouncy castle was brilliant and quick set up. The gentleman who took the bouncy Carole at 8pm today was very friendly too . Thank you for making our E. day special . Highly recommended and will be using again soon.

Really good service. Keeps to their word. Very professional and friendly. Just booked them this morning for next month. Have used the service before and I only recommend and re-use if I am happy with the service which I am. Highly recommended and they have a massive range of inflatables and games to hire!

Confirmed mid week and then didn't answer phone today and didn't turn up. Disappointed 6 years old. I'd score 0 stars if I could!

Clean castles always

Called them on the morning of our event 18/07/2015 to confirm times (after numerous phone calls and emails were ignored over the past month) only to be told they had been burgled" the previous week leaving them with no bouncy castles or equipment. No apology or compensation was given!I called another company to try and get a last minute castle for our event

Excellent service at a reasonable price too! I have used this company for years and wouldnt use anybody else! The jungle castle with slide was the highlight of our Easter party, the kids loved it!Their castles are always clean and very good quality.

Absolutely disguisting company! I booked the thomas the tank.engine activity bouncy castle 3months prior to my 3 year olds party to make sure It wasn't booked the day I needed it for...few emails sent no reply...few phone calls and eventually got through and the woman said it would be 60 not 85 so I thanked her as it was such a good bouncycastle for a good price (or so I thought) the day of my sons party the bouncy castle was not what I booked and the man told me it got nicked but noone rang me to emailed me to tell me...I looked on there website and they don't evan have the bouncy castle they brought... it was tiny and a 'basic' old thomas castle... I was so upset. But the man didn't care just said sorry other 1 gt nicked.. horrible company ...no respect for children's emotions as I had to tell everyone about the castle ..FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and poor communication! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
