Genuinely awesome team. Kawasaki dealer but licensed Aprilia technician with fantastic service. Definitely worth visiting as they go the extra mile to make sure a top-quality job is done and you’re completely happy. Had to travel a long way to get to them amidst floods and traffic chaos at closing time on a Friday but the team made sure my RSV4 was treated fantastically well. Top notch service all round and very clear communication. Pleasure doing business with them.

Took my Versys 1000se tourer for a 3rd service. I chose Cradley Kawasaki firstly for the positive reviews, location as it's now my nearest Kawasaki dealer and the advice and help over the phone from Alex. His wealth of knowledge and advice not only saved me money but gave me confidence in booking the service. I was checked in quickly and efficiently and offered the use of a demo bike or I could make myself comfortable in the showroom waiting area. Lots of new staff from what Jason in Sales tells me, but not once did it give me concern. Great selection of new and used models and more to come with dealership improvements. Within 2hrs the bike was ready, clean and serviced. More valued advice from Alex, stamps in the book and I'll see you next year for the next service. Thanks for a great job.

Gareth and Chris are great guys. These guys know motorcycles and people. They give great advice. The shop has a nice range of Kawasakis. I got the time to sit and have a feel on every bike that I wanted to try. And these guys have the COVID awareness...masks...and cleaning after wherever I perched and touched. I was offered test rides. I got my loaded Versys 650 Grand Tourer from these guys. Felt no pressure at all. I love the personal attention these guys give. I can already see this is a start of a great relationship. Keep it up guys.
