Excellent experience at Pinchbeck Veterinary Clinic everything was explained throughly about my pets procedure, friendly staff and made us feel very welcome.

Excellent vet practice. Welcoming reception staff, nice modern large and airy waiting area with comfortable seating. The vet was really caring and showed genuine interest in my 15 year old cat Benjy. I was a new customer here, our previous vets having closed. I'm really delighted I chose Pinchbeck Veterinary Clinic.

My dog is a nervous dog. The only time he isn't is when he comes here. He sits in the waiting room doing an excited cry, he can't wait to see the vet. He bounds in and greets them like friends that he hasn't seen in ages, excitedly jumping up and cuddling them. He also says hello to the receptionists sneaking around the counter for a fuss and a hug, they never mind, the friendship is reciprocated. They have a genuine love for the animals and are so helpful to owners. You feel the warm atmosphere when you enter, it's sparkling clean but not cold and clinical. The pricing always comes second for me but their pricing is actually very good. The first time I took him I was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting a bigger bill for the service that we'd had. This place is truly wonderful.

I recently had to say goodbye to one of my dogs. The reception staff managed to get me an appointment at a different branch. The staff were all excellent, really kind and thoughtful at a very unexpected and sad time.
