Dolly Char Domestic Cleaning Warwickshire

I was very unhappy with my first cleaning experience with Dolly Char. Two ladies came to clean the house which my boyfriend and I had just purchased and moved into. They did a less than poor job. The kitchen floor was still filthy so that by stepping on it your feet turned black. The showers still had black mould in them and stains on the floors. There were still collections of dust balls under all of the kitchen cupboards. They did not clean the oven as was agreed. My mother and I had to do a full clean ourselves and we did a much better job. When I contacted the lady in charge of the operation, she offered me a mere few pounds off, saying that she could do anything about it because I hadn't been in to let her inspect the house beforehand i.e. she would not take my word for it. Had a good job been done or at least had my complaint been dealt with satisfactorily, I would have kept DC on for a weekly cleaning job. However they were not keen enough to keep a customer to deal with a unsatisfactory job in an adequate manner. It is a shame.
