Ordered a bouquet that looks like a arrangement you would buy from the supermarket for my aunt. My aunt rang aged 84 whom she had met and complained for her to hang up the phone on her. Appalling service.I wouldn't normally write reviews like this but absolutely disgusted at the service.

Sarah went over and beyond to get some flowers that my sis wanted to get me because my cat had been killed, as sarah didn't have the flowers in due to lockdown, she went to Chard garden centre and then delivered them to me. A very kind and thoughtful lady thanks
