I have a washer dryer at home, but come here to get the large bed spread cleaned. Amazing service. Love Dawn!!! A friendly, helpful face .....every time. Well priced, excellent facilities for laundering.

I've been a few times now and the lady who works there has always been lovely, helpful and friendly. Whilst there this morning she gave my 2 year old some snacks whilst we were waiting and made her very happy. We will definitely be back again.

I was welcomed by Dawn as soon as I walked in the Launderette it is a very happy safe and clean environment. Dawn did a service wash for me to be honest I was amazed when she text to say it was all done ,it was a very fast service, I am very happy with the results I will be returning again soon.Highly recommend five star service with reasonable price thx Dawn

Great place for laundry, a lot of cafe nearby while you wait, you also can change for coins inside, but depends on your luck, you'll have either of 2 staff, one is friendly, helpful, doesn't mind much how much you put your laundry, the other one is super strict, not friendly, couldn't bother much her customers.. 1 wash 1 dryer bla2.. (heck there was plenty of spaces inside the dryer though)so yeah, pray on your laundry day you got the nice lady

Good spot to wash and dry clothes. As of Sep/2023, the cost was £5 for washing (washing powder provided at no extra cost) and £1 per 10 minutes of drying

Amazing service, so welcoming and friendly. Purchased the service where my items were washed and dried for me and everything was returned perfectly folded and my socks were even paired! Definitely recommend!

I have lived in Newcastle and the surrounding area for many years. I use this laundrette infrequently but over the 20 or so years things here have remained the same. This is a laundrette second to non. The machines are clearly well used and well serviced, the wash quality acheived is consistently high, the staff are local and kind, experienced and very competant. I ask for service washes and the prices are keen and the timescale swift. Every time. In particular the folding is lovely - something which is important to me. I look forward to using them again at other times.
