Had an issue with my PC and phoned Just Computers for the issue (emails not opening up). They came the next day and sorted the issue while providing outstanding customer service and a reasonable price. Good local company i will definitely be using again.

We have used Just Computers for many years, both for my laptop and my son's and husband's PCs. They always give excellent advice and more importantly, don't waste either your time or money. Their work is always excellent and advice spot on. They keep you informed with progress or any problems they find. I always recommend them to others who are having PC problems.

I recently bought a refurbished laptop from here (looks like new to me) the guy in the shop could not have been more helpful, found me the right machine for my needs, got it ready for me in a few hours (uploaded all the latest versions of the software i needed), then called me to say it was ready. then I got a call a few days later to see if all was well, if I was happy with the machine. You couldn't ask for better customer service. I Highly recommend them. 5stars.

Just Computers offers fantastic, trustworthy customer service.When my laptop suddenly gave up on me, I thought I'd lost all my files but the staff were able to clone my old computer onto a new one, saving all my data. I've had a few WiFi issues on my new laptop, which they have been able to solve either on the spot or within the hour at no extra cost. When I've called up, staff have tried to help over the phone and then offered to see the laptop in store immediately.Just Computers offers far better service than I'm sure I'd get from the repair side of a large chain store, and I'll use them every time from now on.

Excellent service for over 10 years. I have had repairs, up grades and purchases of laptops and Pcs. Friendly, patient and efficient people who talk to you at your own level of computer knowledge.My first place of call for all our family computers.

Fantastic service from Just Computers. My hard drive memory was full and I was unable to use my computer which is used daily for work. Just Computers fitted a new hard drive giving me plenty of spare memory and I was up and running again in record time.I have already spoken to Fiona who gave me a follow up call to check if I was happy with their service and now they are going to fix another computer as the graphics card needs updating. I would thoroughly recommend this company for all your computer needs as these guys know their stuff.

Really grateful to Just Computers. I was having a nightmare trying to return a vacuum cleaner when the post office told me I had to print the postage label myself. I’d lugged the vacuum all the way down, and didn’t have a printer. I came into the store and asked if they did printing. I was told that one sheet would be 50p and payment would need to be cash as it was such a small amount.I think the guy in the store saw the look of defeat on my face, and said that as it was only one page, he would print it out for me anyway. I was soooo grateful!!!Will definitely come here in the future if I need any computer repairs because the customer service was second to none!Thank you again!! ☺️
