I ordered on Just Eat and it was absolutely foul to say the least. I ordered two Mcmuffins and BOTH of them had egg shells in. The drinks were half full and luke warm. I thought at least the hash browns would be better but they were stone cold. The whole meal was simply put, well and truly awful. I only wanted to suprise my Autistic daughter but finding something crunchy (eggshell) in her muffin that's supposed to be soft sent her into a meltdown. I would NOT recommend.

Very poor service. At the drive through they ask you to park up every time even for basic orders then you wait up to half an hour for your order. Gave up waiting last time. Went inside and asked for a refund. Didn’t try to resolve or even apologise. Won’t be using anymore. Heard so many complaints from other people too, from long wait times to wrong orders and food being cold. Really need to get your act together McDonalds Maghull.

The new McDonald’s is amazing. Cleaned, looked after, not too busy and with outside playground for kids. Sitting outside and inside all tables cleaned regularly (who wants also can find wireless charger for phone at the side of the table)If you want to eat in McDonald’s which is cleaned and peacefull - you should go there ;)

Waited over 20 minutes in the collection bay for my order before going in myself. Nobody willing to serve us at the till area. Staff in the kitchen were laughing and joking throwing paper bags and packets at one another. It took for another customer to walk behind the counter and shout for assistance as there was a queue forming. 4 staff outside vaping and smoking. Staffed by immature kids!!

I recently tried the Big Mac at McDonald’s, which had an unusual twist: a hefty amount of salt in the middle of each burger patty. I was intrigued by this unique take on a classic, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.**Taste and Quality:**The overwhelming saltiness of the burger significantly overpowered the other flavors. While I appreciate culinary innovation, the balance of flavors here was not harmonious. The excessive salt not only detracted from the taste but also affected my physical well-being, leading to an unpleasant aftermath.**Service:**When I raised my concerns, I was informed that this was the intended preparation of the burger. While the staff maintained that this was the standard recipe, I believe there is a possibility of a misunderstanding or mistake in the kitchen. The staff were polite, but there seemed to be a disconnect in addressing the issue effectively.**Overall Experience:**This visit was a departure from the consistent quality I've come to expect from McDonald's. It's crucial for a food establishment to balance creativity with palatable flavors, and in this case, the balance was off. I hope this was an isolated incident and not representative of a new direction for the classic Big Mac.**Rating: 1/5**I would advise caution if you're considering trying this version of the Big Mac. It's always exciting to see new variations on classic items, but this particular experience was more shocking than satisfying.

Dont order through just eat from this mcdonalds worst in north west by far, orders always wrong, missing items, wrong items cold food. Appauling. Oh and theyll still charge you for whatevers missing as well. Which is fantastic. Last order that turned up the driver made them remake it after seeing half of it sat on the side for 20 minutes!!!

Shocking experience again -15 mins for a big mac and med fries ! Absolute waste of time here. Complained to McDonald's head office - who said try it again - it's changed ! The only thing that's changed is the day !!

Ordered on Uber eats, food was completely cold. Burgers were absolutely disgusting, a Big Mac missing a patty with 4 slices of mozzarella cheese. Completely inedible. Triple cheeseburger missing all toppings except excessive pickles and once again slices of the wrong cheese. Chicken nuggets were cold and the McFlurry was melting.Worst McDonald’s I have ever ordered

Went yesterday ordered a mcplant and other food items asked to wait in Car park which is not unusual as mcplant is cooked to order but waited over 20 mins! Chips were warm not good. Had to go in and ask where meal was. Also lad on the payment booth short changed me by £2 had to ask him for it don't think he should be on the till couldnt work money out. Even though change shows up on the till . Won't be using this mcdonalds again. Think Ronald mcdonald might be better if he was in the kitchen cooking . My option of course...
