I needed two switches replacing; one of which was in a bad way and making sparks and smoke. Jamie came out and made them both good. He was not happy with leaving one of them and returned to replace some cabling and upgrade from the original fittings.Really friendly, professional service. Kept to arranged times, left everything tidy. Would recommend and use again.

Gerald and his team carried out installation of new lighting and electrical sockets at my property.I was very impressed with the level of efficiency of the work carried out, in a very clean and tidy manner. They were very accommodating around other tradesmen. After a small miscommunication over supply of one small item, which was missed by myself on the written quote provided, they were swift to return, whereby the young man was very professional and polite, completing the second fix to satisfaction at no extra cost.I would have no hesitation to recommend Cox Electrical Services.

Cox electrical did a brilliant job of installing a new consumer unit and EV charger for us. What should have been a straightforward job was not due to past bad work, but Cox tracked it down and sorted it, working after hours to get it done. Many thanks to Jamie and Gerald, who never lost their sense of humour. 100% recommended!

As so often, a couple of 'simple' jobs turned out to be complicated and James from MC went above to solve the problems, even driving out to supplier to get new lamps and switches etc to try, rather than rebooking for a later date.

Gerald, Dan and Jamie have carried out a full re-wire on our house. I cannot recommend their services enough. They have done such an excellent job, kept us updated throughout, turned up on time and have overall just been friendly and helpful throughout.Gerald was also incredibly helpful and was able to recommend a plasterer and plumber to me when I was struggling to find one which made it really easy to coordinate between them too.Price was in line with my expectations.I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

What a pleasant and personable young man Gerald is! It is so refreshing to find such efficient competent service. The service i received from the whole team from start to finish was outstanding. I had an electrical fault and needed an emergency electrician. From the first call the fault was sorted by lunch time with regular check ins from the team, keeping me constantly updated with progress. the electrician on site was prompt and professional as where the team on the phone. I would highly recommend them.
