Highly recommend. I went there with a loose exhaust and within 5 minutes they had my car on the ramp and fixed it straight away. The service was top class.

Absolutely brilliant MOT and Service from Theobalds.I was kept informed every step of the way and was given full quotes for additional work that the car needs in the not so distant future (timing belt!..which is very useful for budgeting at the moment!)I cannot fault the service from all the staff and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service from the moment I rang. Lovely staff who were very friendly and approachable. They made me feel like no questions seemed silly. They kept me well informed with regular calls and updates.I will definitely be using this garage again.

Had to wait a few days for a slot, but the issue wasn't particularly time critical so that wasn't a problem. Dropped off shortly after 0830 in the morning. Very busy, which for me is a good sign! By 0930 I'd had a call to say they'd found & fixed the problem and the car was ready for collection. Will definitely use again.

I used Michael Theobald Garage for the first time today for a full service and MOT for my Honda. They were thankfully able to provide me with an appointment within a week. I was delighted with the service they provided and had no issue whatsoever with the price they charged me. I was informed by text messages on the progress of the work being carried out, what further work would be required and what the total cost would be. I was then called in the early afternoon to let me know that my car was ready for collection. What more can you ask for?I certainly will have no hesitation in using this garage again. It's handy to have a local business providing honest, reliable service so close to home.

Great service and all work carried out explained I had completely forgotten about my car going in so was a bit late dropping it off but they were still able to get the work done.

Telephoned this morning due an issuse that happened over the weekend with my car. They were able to fit me today. I have always used Theobalds down to how helpful and friendly they all are and are very trustworthy would highly recommend Michael Theobald Garage.

Gareth and the team went above and beyond to resolve a problem on my vehicle, they contacted suppliers and had the new part fitted within a couple of hours ....and I didn't even have an appointment! Really grateful and would recommend, 5⭐ service, thank you !!
