I understand Vince/PC Simple to be a one man operation, who has helped me over a couple of years making significant improvements in my home pc set up. He stepped in when my last engineer disappeared and resolved serious performance problems. He then helped select and install several functional changes to give file access and back up improvements.Vince is a knowledgable professional, he gives value for money and I would count him as totally reliable.

Vince has provided an excellent service over a number of years, including building a new PC for business purposes. Apart from paying a great deal of attention to detail he always follows up on a job should anything not work out. I always recommend him to any of my friends and acquaintances.

Vince always fixes my problems. Even if he can’t get to me in person (I’m over 60 so prefer home visits!) he get’s on line and talks me through the process. It’s a real advantage to have someone so competent, so local to my home. Plus the fact, you can have a laugh and joke with him - not always the case with I.T support!!
