What a lovely store! Whether you're going in for an amazing drink prepared with care, wanting to buy wonderfully delicious products, or after advice, this is a gem. Can't recommend enough.If you have time to spare, try one of the special events there. I think they last between an hour and a few hours depending on what you choose. We tried a blending session (about 3 hours) as a birthday gift, and it was such a lovely evening.Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.

Me and some friends enjoyed a Friday evening tea making workshop in the Brighton store. It was great value for money and we came home with bags full of our own tea blends and other goodies. The tea cocktails were lovely and the staff were knowledgeable and laid back, making it a really enjoyable evening.

I was looking forward to visiting bird and blend for the first time when I came to Brighton last weekend, and I wasn’t disappointed. I was served by Rae W who gave me a number of teas to sample and freshly brewed the tea I had been wanting to try out. They showed me how matcha was made and explained the process so clearly and interestingly. I genuinely had the most lovely experience and Rae is a credit to Bird and Blend. My only wish, like others who have left reviews, is that I bought more at the time! I hope this gets back to Rae so they know what a fab job they are doing!

I love coming here, the staff are so friendly and very professional. Everyone who works in this store understands all the teas and tell you so much about them. I also like all the extra things that they do like the charity work and the helping small businesses. Fabulous

Stumbled in here of a blustery Sunday afternoon, almost evening; bought a chai latté. Sampled some tea and came away with salted caramel blend. During my visit, a kind staff member told me the recipe to enjoy a homemade salted caramel latté. Two days later, and I’m on my third hot beverage. Great spot! Check it out! Thanks for making my afternoon ♥️

The tea is really great if not a little pricey. My partner bought the Peppy Mint and it was super refreshing. We also have the Deckchair Dreaming and the rhubarb and custard one at work. Admittedly I've not tried those but they smell lush. The staff are lovely but on the first occasion we dropped into the store they were not very customer-focused. They were having their private conversation and then one of them eventually came over to help whilst the other two carried on joking around. I felt they could have done with at least one more senior member of staff to inject a bit of professionalism. The second time my partner went without me and he's a very patient guy but he said it took a long time for anyone to actually help him out.

Outstanding staff - knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Huge choice for every taste. If you are a connoisseur you'll find something delicious and interesting. If you haven't considered loose leaf tea, give it a go with sample packs (£3:50) and you'll never look back!

The shop can get a little hectic because there's so many goodies and so many sensible people there to buy Bird and Blend because they know it's the good stuff - nonetheless, the staff here are absolutely wonderful and always make time to help you find something to purchase, to take all the time you need to pick out what you like.Rae was an absolute superstar on my last visit, filled with all kinds of great knowledge to share that helped me a lot, without feeling pressured or rushed.If you're looking for fun tea blends, then I cannot recommend this shop enough.
