A delightful slice of Designer Heaven! First visit with my teenage children, we all thought the shop incredibly well presented - Fabulous seating area.Normally I find some people who work in such environments to be pretentious? But NOT HERE…an absolute delightful experience. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.A big “Thank you” to Michelle, very professional and friendly. A lovely lady - chatting to my son and I. Fantastic!We purchase clothes on line from Flannels also, clothes are well made and shipped out in beautiful packaging (photograph below).Never had a problem or concern.If you love the late Vivienne Westwood - then Flannels is your place…THANK YOU FLANNELS :-)

Shocking customer service! Went into Flannels the other day to buy my bf a Christmas present and picked up a jumper that also had a sale price ticket on it. I went to one of the staff to double check that this was the correct new price and no one had put it on there by accident. Got to the till and they said it was the original price and then I showed them the sale ticket. The woman at the till simply said “no I can’t sell it at that price” and put the jumper away, and was very patronising. Even when I tried to try things on the staff were extremely rude. Just because I’m in my work uniform does not mean I’m unable to shop in Flannels. Wont shop here again.

Best shop in merry hill. Tidy and smart, well run, staff can't do enough to help you. All the fashion I want at the right price. 10/10

Bought an item that didn't fit but upon returning to store within days was told exchange or credit note only. Wouldn't mind but the item I paid £79 for Is available elswhere for £55 lol just overpriced con merchants! Try googling brand/colour /product and save 25-50% elswhere and get a refund too if needed!

BEWARE!! BUY FROM THESE IN HASTE AND REPENT IN LEISUREMy son bought a jumper £450 he took it back because he changed his mind he had already brought other stuff that day totally almost £100OBecause they said they smelt aftershave on it, which my son does reek of it all the time they refused to refund or give credit noteI then pointed out a small thread that was hanging from the armpitThe manager had the audacity to say my son had done thisThere is no consumer rights at this shop at allIf you buy from there they will not accept anything back even if faulty BEWARE!!STAY AWAY!!!!

Service is absolutely vile! Just because we are children we always get targeted in the shop, for example the other day I asked one of there employees if they could bring a top down for my boyfriend which was all fine until I asked a woman who received the top if he could try it on, and well that was another experience! she replied back ‘I’ll have to put security tags on the top because you are a child and I don’t trust you as you might steal it!’ She also told me I couldn’t go into the changing rooms as I might stuff they T-shirt into my Primark bag, how pathetic! In the end my partner brought 2 items of clothing from there as we had the money for it unlike the employee stereotyping us thinking we did not have the money as we are children, not impressed.

They lie when they sell products. Which has cost me money in deliveries and great inconvenience. Was followed around the store until they realised I was buying something. Will never shop there again.You are treated way better at official stores.

I have been shopping at Flannels for years and I've never had any problems with the quality of the clothing. Also, I never had any problems with returns and refunds.Brilliant service

Went only to browse but found a few pairs of trainers I loved. Mal was incredibly helpful and really patient with me by getting me all the different styles/sizes I needed. Even when my kids started playing up, she was kind and entertained them whilst I tried shoes on! Would definitely use this flannels again - Thanks Mal!!
