If I could give them 0 stars I would. No communication and no correct pay, worked for the company for over a year and a half and am finally free!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID and also they promote people to national quality control managers even though they he is the least quality human I have ever met :)

I was relocating from the Midlands to Wiltshire.I had applied to Security2000 but didn’t know that these were attached to these Muppets (SSGC) or I’d have never applied for the job.Told them to close application straight away.The reviews are the same as I’ve been told in the Midlands GREAT ESCAPE

Absolutely Rubbish company. With no idea how to run a security company. They may be business owners with tech ( not that I ever saw any of it or used any ) and know how to run a company but not security. They buy out smaller businesses and then don’t know how to run them, loosing clients, no contact as they seem to make managers redundant. Fair to say I wouldn’t even let them look after a goldfish let alone a business premises! Couple of good guards down in Avonmouth holding Security 2000 ltd together by a thread. These boys deserve better. Overall do NOT work for them AVOID

Recommended company! Very organized. Free food. 2 breaks (paid) very good environment. Responsive and professional! I wish I could stay with them but I just had to choose the permanent job offer I got. However, I won't gonna turn down the company! Wishing all the best ☺️

AVOID THIS “BUSINESS”. To call this a real business would be a joke! In a real business you treat staff fairly and with respect. Within ssgc they do not understand this. They constantly underpay employees, and have now had the audacity to change contracts without consent of employees or giving employees a consultation period. For a company that is a subsidiary of Serco within a multi million pound Goverment contract yet still nothing had been done after issues have been raised from staff to do with pay and unlawful contract changes. This shows the lack of communication and the utter negligence between this company and the companies it works along side with.Never been so glad to leave a company!

Been working for the company for the past 13 months, I have no complaints about the company and can say that I have not had any issues with my pay at all in all the time I have been with them.

If it comes to lack of communication, messing up pay and being an incompetent company they get 5 stars.I worked for SSGC for nearly a year and a half, there was a point that I was sure no one worked in admin, it took them literal months to approve holidays, they couldn't sort pay out by themselves and would constantly underpay staff.I had to request 2 emergency days off but gave 2 whole weeks notice, heard nothing back until 11am on the day my holiday was due to begin stating that the request was denied, when I emailed back to contest this... they never responded.All in all I don't even know how this company is still around.And as a veteran which they loudly announce all over their LinkedIn how much they support they offered zero extra benefits except for the opportunity to get my SIA badge which they knew I had since day one.Do not work or hire this company.

I can't really place what services they actually render, nor the detailed areas they cover. Just security services are all advertised, I was expecting more detailed information on securing a job with them, only for me to be bored with the aesthetic of the site. They need to make the site more engaging, propped with updated related services and access to real time job roles and vacancies all from the website.

These mfs don’t pay their sub contractors, they firstly hire students and people with work restrictions and then rip them off

Awesome company, a little hard to get hold of management but what security company does make that easy, but pay was always on point, understanding of time off needed was on point (I had an operation) whenever I did speak to management always friendly and willing to help with no sounds of annoyance in the voice you're asking for help or time off. Yeah all in all good company to work for :)
