First Rate service , Jim phoned me to let me know his arrival time and confirm directions (the place is difficult to find) and then proceed to empty the tank and then made sure everything was flowing properly.....many thank to John and his team for fitting me at such short notice

Booked them in for some work didn't turn up on time then gave me two different times. When I called the office they were rude and slammed the phone down. Extremely unprofessional and never use - pay cheap get cheap unprofessional and rude service

Great service from start to finish, prompt reply to initial enquiry, visit arranged quickly with a fair price for emptying my septic tank and my next door neighbour’s. Jim arrived on time, he was professional, efficient and very helpful. I definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
