I've worked for these a few times and a good company to work for. Sadly my last contract with them wasn't happy as I was really poorly and wasn't at my best!

Great place for hire needs

I have been renting equipment from Banner Hire for a few months now and had no issues up until now. We rented a telehandler to unload various deliveries and move them up to our site. We then ordered a 10ft cabin to keep on site for storage. We were planning to use the telehandler to move the cabin into position so I went in person to ask that the cabin had the holes for the telehandler to lift the cabin. I was told that yes it does. the cabin then turned up and it had no holes for lifting so it was sent back as no use to me. The telehandler was due to be returned that day so we can no longer use it to move a cabin. They were unable to delivery me a cabin with the necessary holes in the bottom for lifting and their response is we can't help you now sorry. I am left with no cabin as ordered and they are refunding me the cost. This is not a solution to the problem as we now have to re plan at my cost to get a new cabin on site. They could have come with a telehandler and cabin and resolved this error on their part.
