I was sent here by my Insurance company to repair a dent in my car roof. I was nervous as some reviews weren't great and I didnt want to be without my car for a long time. There was initially a long wait for them to take my car but the service after that was excellent. They arranged to pick my car up from my home address, arranged a courtesy car, I had daily updates from their repair team and my car was returned looking new (you can't tell there was ever a dent) and the paint work is a complete match. I'm really happy and would definitely use them again!

I would happily recommend and use KC Autos in the future. They were professional and friendly throughout. My experience was a very positive one and their communication was 10/10 and they completed my repair ahead of schedule. Thank you to all the staff.

I highly recommend these guys I badly damaged the back quarter of my vw polo they did an excellent job and they updated me regarding the repairs throughout and an added bonus valeted my car excellent service thank you guys fantastic job.

Had my car in for repairs via insurance over six years ago.They were very difficult to get in contact with and it was in for ages for what was a minor repair: a new grill (small crack but as it was plastic, the whole part needed replacing) and a slight bonnet alignment.Anyway, the reason I write this after such a long time is that I have found they have used a cheap, fake part, namely the grill; rather than replacing it with an original part.The colour of the red slats have faded into an off-pink colour and I was pondering replacing it, so I removed it to see if I was able to install a new part myself.Upon removal, I discovered that the serial / part number had been scribbled away.Very dodgy.If you have your car in for repair / bodywork, triple check it and ask to see proof that all parts are OEM (original equipment manufacturer).Gave me a bit of a wry smile when I found this as it was not lost on me of how bad an experience I had all those years ago.

I got sent here by my insurance to get my car repaired. So far I have found that they have not fitted a number of parts. Instead they have left them without. This includes a piece of black trim that goes behind the vauxhall badge and the dust cover for the front left headlight unit. I wonder what else I will find missing. If you are sent here by your insurance provider make sure you check everything is there before you leave.

It took around two months for my car to be repaired. I have recent recieved my vehicle and unfortunately I feel it has been neglected. Some of the repairs are notgreat and the interior is now covered! In MOLD, I dont know how the has imerged in a new car but I'm very upset that it has been allowed to get to this stage and return like this. Avoid!

I was sent here by my insurance and wish I hadn't it's been nothing but trouble. It went in the first time and the front wing was repaired but not the rear damage. I've been waiting for weeks for them to pick it up again. It was finally collected and a list of things was given as to what still needs fixing. They have supposedly buffered out the bumper damage but remains to be all scratched. I was informed the back door damage isn't accident related even though the driver drove into the front of my car and then reversed into the back of my car so was clearly accident related and definitely wasn't there before the crash. Honestly have lost the will to live with it all. No one rings you to update you on what work has been done they either drop it off at the car hire place or a driver drops it back off so you don't have a chance to check it and say no I'm still not happy. Honestly would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I had an appointment today to have my car repaired. I met a guy named Tony and he was very nice. He did an excellent job with the repairs and the experience was very excellent. Thank you guys for the great work.

KC Autos in Atherton: very professional. They had my car in for a new bumper fitting due to being rear ended. My car is 8 years old and silver, and the colour match is absolutely spot on! The bumper fits very well into the vehicle and all the panel gaps match and line up.They had my partners car in for a big job and that has also come back to us absolutely spotless, which is on a metallic red which I imagine is a very difficult colour to paint.They kept us well informed throughout the process, kept us up to date and helped us out with rental cars for the duration.The staff are all very friendly and more than happy to help out.Tony is a fantastic person, well informed and knows what he’s talking about. Kept us up to date and calm throughout the process.All around, KC autos made a great effort to help us out in our times of need, we’re happy with the repairs done and thankful to have our vehicles back in a quick manner.
