Emma was recommended to me by a friend. I am so glad to have found her. Through her experience and qualifications as an Injury Rehab/Sports rehab specialist she quickly works out the problem and where it stems from. She is then able to offers both hands-on treatment/massage as well as continued support with exercises.During lock-down I have been seeing Emma over Zoom. She varies and tailor-makes each session so it's never dull.On top of this, Emma is extremely professional and personable. I have no hesitation in recommending.

I would highly recommend Emma for Rehab and Massage. She is very professional, patient and thorough.Unlike a lot of rehab I’ve received in the past for sports injuries I’ve found that Emma gives extensive advice and demonstrates mobility rather than the basic advice I’ve received in the past.Recently I’ve been training for a long distance charity run and injured my legs, her rehab massages have really helped my recovery.If you are suffering with any physical issue give Emma a shout and I’m sure she will help.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Emma, a rehabilitation physiotherapist, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. My calves had been bothering me for some time and I had previously received a misdiagnosis, but thanks to Emma's expertise, she was able to run multiple tests and correctly diagnose my injury.Emma's professional and knowledgeable approach was evident from the start. She took the time to fully understand my injury and worked with me to create a rehabilitation plan that was tailored specifically to my needs. Her attention to detail and commitment to finding the root cause of my injury was truly impressive.Aside from her impressive medical skills, Emma is also a really nice person. She put me at ease during our sessions and made the entire experience a lot more enjoyable. I always felt like she was fully invested in my recovery and was genuinely passionate about helping me get better.Overall, I would highly recommend Emma to anyone who is looking for an exceptional rehabilitation physiotherapist. Emma Cowell Rehab + Massage
I’ve had a lot of deep tissue / sports massages in the past, and I can honestly say Emma is next level, absolutely incredible. I first went to Emma with back pain which she quickly solved, and I now use her on a regular basis to keep me ticking over. She has a way of instinctively knowing exactly what your body needs and I always feel amazing afterwards. Emma has also done some post surgery rehab work with my husband and she was great at that too! I can honestly highly recommend Emma for both rehab and massage.

Emma Cowell Rehab + Massage
Emma was recommended to me by my Chiropractor after I had surgery for a broken leg. I have worked all my career with MSK specialists and Emma is fantastic. Having a degree in injury rehab has given her a wealth of knowledge and she is brilliant at working with whatever stage I'm at. I have improved so much with her guidance and will continue to see her after I am walking properly again to get the rest of me stronger and fitter.
