Always helpful staff. Good advice and will do their best to obtain what you want in the book world. Excellent range of greetings cards, stationery and artists materials.

Popped in to support a local business. Had a specific book in mind but didn't want to just buy it online.Went in but with 2 people behind the till not 1 offered any acknowledgement or greeting. Carried on looking around but they both seemed more interested in what was on the computer.Still no interaction. Couldn't find what I wanted so I left. ...Nice store. Well laid out and clean and tidy...hence the 3 stars.

Popped in today to purchase a set of 20 books.Lady very vague and totally dismissive, I asked if the books could be ordered and again disinterested response. I will take my £50 order elsewhere. Apologies if I interupted your conversation and coffee

There's nothing like a good old fashioned book shop!I've used Coach House Books a couple of times, the first I called to ask if they had a specific Lee Brown book, they did, and when I arrived it was on the counter waiting for me. The second time I didn't quite know what I was after. The lady behind the counter was able to help me narrow down my search so I could pick out the book I wanted, plus a book for my son (they have an extensive Julia Donaldson collection!).They don't just do books either, there's a great selection of cards, paints and other craft type things.To summarise, great books and great service! Will continue to use.

Love your shop. Please can you advertise your email address on line and paint it on your shop sign. I will be ordering some more books.

Me and my partner took our children in to look for a book to buy using their world book day token. I do like the book store and selection but it does feel as if children are a little unwanted in the store as the owner kept hovering over us and the children while they were looking at books. That is my only negative point. If children aren't wanted I would suggest against selling children's books as the experience felt very rushed for them to choose something for us to leave.

I've been a customer of Coach House Books since I moved to Pershore over 6 years ago. During that time they have never yet failed to satisfy my requirements, which range from the current to the obscure in book terms. On at least two occasions they have managed to get books printed to order because they were currently out of print - which is going above and beyond the call of duty as far as I'm concerned! They also have a fine range of artists materials, an excellent selection of greetings cards and a good stock of maps. Always friendly, always helpful - we're lucky to have such a shop in town.

We were delighted to chance across this lovely shop when visiting Pershore. As well as a great range of books, there was also a comprehensive selection of quality art materials. Everything was attractively presented and neat as a pin - reassuring in these days of Covid. The staff were pleasant and overall there was the feel of an independent business run with a great deal of care.
