A relative recommended Yopa to me following the successful sale and purchase of their properties and it proved to be a great recommendation for my property sale. David demonstrated an in-depth understanding of the local market, advised on selling strategies and took extremely good photographs to market the property. He communicated well throughout the process and I also found the Yopa hub to be a great tool, particularly for communicating with my buyer during the period from offer acceptance to exchange of contracts.

David successfully helped me buy my new house and sell my old one…so much so I recommended him to my sister! Kudos for negotiating my purchase over the Christmas period, and helping find an alternative buyer for my old house when the original buyer pulled out part way through the process. Really lovely to deal with, honest and great at keeping me updated throughout the process!

David has acted for us on the sale of our property and I can't recommend him highly enough. He has been incredibly responsive and has been on top of all aspects of our sale from the beginning. His considerable experience absolutely shines through. Buying or selling a house can be stressful and he certainly alleviated some of that stress with his pragmaticand common sense approach. I would add to this that the Yopa platform, which I had never used before, has worked perfectly. The ability to message the chain and the agents and have all of the comments in one place provides clarity and avoids those small issues that can quickly escalate. The photos taken of our property were high quality both technically and in the way they showed our cottage in its best light. David is also happy to share hints and tips along the way which if you haven't sold for a while is reassuring. I will certainly use Yopa again.
