Totally shocked with this company . Ordered a glass for our shop , been given false promises of different delivery dates ... after 3 weeks of waiting Cardiff glazing claimed we cancelled the order . Totally shocked at this unprofessional set up .

Great service, I needed a new glass panel for my bifolding doors with a hole for a cat flap to be fitted. They came and measured the same day, ordered the glass and fitted everything for me the following week. Quote was very competitive, and provided a service with a smile. Would recommend!

Just had three UPVC windows fitted by Alan and Jeff from Cardiff Glazing and I was really impressed. The process was seamless from start to finish. I called up with some rough sizes to get an idea on price, the same day, a written quote was posted through my door! I rang up and ordered the next day as the price was really competitive and other companies who I had spoken too were either twice the price or just didn't get back to me at all. I ordered the windows, they came around and double checked my measurements and discussed options (handles, layouts etc.). They said the windows would be ready in about a month and 4 weeks later, I had a call and a fitting date that very same week. They've just finished and the standard of work was second to none. They were polite, friendly and clean and tidy. I've got builders around at the moment building a porch and Alan and Jeff put them to shame! I wouldn't go anywhere else for windows now. Thanks again.
