The friendly and expert team at Macro Packaging went above and beyond what I expected of a national packaging supplier. Despite sending out many of thousands of orders every week they were responsive, interested and willing to help even very small customers like me.They asked all the right questions and quickly identified the best packaging for my particular needs at a very competitive price.I highly recommend them and look forward to buying more from them in the future.

Very Poor quality of service. I placed an order for in-stock items which was processed and payment taken. Items were to arrive next day so give it a further 2 days before sending an e-mail (no response) so waited another day and rang to be told the item wouldn’t be in stock until end of month. Asked for refund which did take place quick. Went onto e-bay and got same stuff for £30 cheaper and delivered within 3 days. Not good service at all. Stay clear

Been using Macro for years. Always first rate service. Products always on the mark and especially that they have products in unique and various sizes that others simply don't have. Great prices and value for money and super fast turnaround from order to dispatch. (Free delivery over £30 spend). Thoroughly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough of this company. I was let down by a company I had ordered from, so in a desperate search for speedy replacements, I came across Macro Packaging. I placed my order then called to check how likely next day delivery was. The very friendly chap (annoyed I didn't ask his name) said they had worked on the bank holiday to keep up with orders but were still behind, so they couldn't promise anything. I think he could sense my worry, as he asked my name and order. Miraculously, I received my order at 9:45am the following morning, I couldn't believe it. They really saved my bacon, and were just so friendly, kept me up to date with delivery, and didn't charge for the delivery either. I will never use anyone else for purchasing packaging supplies ever again! So rarely do you encounter such good customer service. Thank you Macro Packaging :)

This company has been my go to for cardboard boxes for nearly 3 years of my business. I have tried other suppliers but always come back to Macro Packaging as I find the quality of cardboard far superior! Friendly team, great service and really competitive prices. Big thumbs up from me :)

My order of boxes arrived with squashed edges and corners. I was advised that it was the chop blade and perfectly normal. Very shocking and disappointing service - I was then told I could send them back and they would refund postage. I do not have time to send back, they should have offered to collect. Really bad service and attitude.

What can i say! We urgently needed 150 Size 8 padded envelopes. Our existing supplier informed us the day after the order was placed that they had run out of stock and could not guarantee when stock would next be in.So we started to look at other suppliers. Macro packaging had stock but their delivery time was 1-3 days and because we had already lost a day with our original supplier we needed the stock the next day which in turn would allow us to send our stock out to our customer, who by the way is a new customer so we did not want to let them down.I decided to call MP and spoke to James, explained our problem and asked if there could put the stock on their truck today for us as a priority. He was amazing. He checked the stock on the phone and said I'll get them put on the truck tonight". I was in awe and guess what they arrived at 11am the next day and I made the call 2pm the day before. This was all free of charge. They could easily have charged us another £20 or so but they did FOC. Such a joy to have people who care and are willing to just help out if and when they can. Thank you so much!"
