Great inventory of models, one of the biggest I've seen. The staff are knowledgable but you need to ask clearly for what you want and search yourself. They have more inventory downstairs which is where I found the item I wanted but only after asking for it several times. The staff are friendly and helpful I must say but they were in the middle of refurbishing the place so they were distracted . Prices are on the high side but with persistence a fair deal was made.

I ordered a Aer Lingus A321 neo 1/100 modal a month ago. I got home and I was missing the stand. The stand was missing from the factory. I came to the store today and they did not have any spare stands. Paul and his wife was so helpful they took a stand off a Aer Lingus modal they had on display. Top service and I will be ordering from them again.

An amazing shop for all plane enthusiasts. My son loves watching this places posts on you tube and first time visiting here. So many models and memorabilia here. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Well worth a visit.
