They’ve started making everyone park up to get quicker service times but customers are left over 30 mins in the Argos car park. This has happened the last three times we have been here

It was a busy Saturday but they seemed completely overwhelmed. I went into order instead of using drive through and regretted it. I waited an age in a cramped space with literally dozens of orders being processed before mine. My order was ready for collection but after 5 mins had to ask where it was as they were serving order numbers placed at least 25 after me. Food miraculously pitched up but was luke warm, suggesting it had been set aside and forgotten. If you want to have a million ways to push your food out and print money like this place, you still need some basic good customer service and enough staff to keep things going.

I had A mcflurry and a portion of large chipsFirst of all the chips were WAY too salty i dont know which moron decided for me to try have a cardiac arrest but rest aside the mcflurry was bang on

Food was lovely but the fries weren't really that warm and were all limp. The rest of the food was great. Had to ask for a member of staff to clean our table before we sat because it was covered in salt and sauce but took about 5 minutes to do so.

Ordered a mcCrispy, got a McSpicy. Chips didn't have any salt on them. Fillet of fish was so wonky it makes the leaning tower of Pisa look straight. Forgot the sweet curry dip we asked for. At least the drinks were fizzy. Wasn't even busy

3rd time visit, 3rd time order wrong so this time due to it being only hash browns at end of breakfast service we didn't bother to advise staff .Table itself was filthy and grabbed the disinfectant that was at the bins to wype it ourself.The new layout of the restaurant has killed the busy fun vibe.Thankfully 2 others close bye to change to.

ordered some food with my winnings from mcdonalds monopoly, the order got cancelled so i tried to order again but i wasnt allowed to re order my free things as it said they had already been redeemed, rang this store they told me they dont deal with deliveries and told me to get in touch with the my mcdonalds helpline, i did this and they gave me a number to ring so i did and they said they couldn’t do owt about it. i said so what can i do now as ive lost out on 3 of my winnings and he said no we cant do anything about that sorry for the experience. im not happy as ive lost out on 3 winnings that i could of had. i also won £5 last night on the peels and now i havent got it so lost out on that too.

Things were a little messy to say they weren’t particularly busy but staff friendliness definitely redeemed it. Only came in for a quick bite before work n it came out decently quick so that’s a positive too. Just needs a bit more attention on cleanliness

Not great. Music far too loud for a normal conversation. No table service. Staff too busy to serve as they focus on takeaway deliveries and drive through first, so a long wait. No printout as paper has run out. Food is usual fayre. Not a recommendation really. Try elsewhere.
