Used this company before and they were late. Gave them the benefit of doubt when I needed another uplift and was told between 9.30 and 10.00. Arranged morning around this time. No show. Phoned at 10.20 and was told half an hour. No apology. They arrived at 11. The guy actually seemed quite taken aback that I was complaining and said I should have told him on the phone I needed to be somewhere else and he'd have rescheduled. Completely missed the point that he had let me down. Finally he apologised and when I said it wasn't the first time I'd been left waiting by his company he replied 'then don't use us again'. Way to keep customers, eh.

So my parents had used this service and they never gave a quote until the job was basically finished and they are trying to charge my patents £500!! Absolutely ridiculous robbery! Not professional as they should have gave a price before they had done the job. Never use this service very expensive company to use.

Spot on service, asked Allsorts to remove an unwanted 2 and 3 seater(s) sofa, they actually had to remove the front door of the property to get the suite out onto the street !.. unbeknown to us..No quibble, no hassle and no extra cost, just went and done the job !Fantastic no hassle service.Stuart SB Property.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!Arranged to have a couch uplifted and was told they’d arrive at 1 o’clock the following day. Sat in waiting for them and they never showed up.Tried calling them multiple times and no answer.Thought it would have been simple enough as I literally live around the corner from their place of business.No contact, no show and no service to be had. Tremendous waste of time!

Asked for a price for an uplift, they said they would have to come out and see it to give me a price so agreed they would come up the next morning. They didn't arrive. Phoned them about it and was told they'd check with the driver and get back to me. They didn't.Phoned them again later that afternoon and asked them to go ahead and book the uplift as I needed the items removed asap. They booked me in for 10am the following Wednesday. My partner took the day off work to wait in for the uplift and no one arrived. Phoned the mobile number we had for them and it rang out, phoned the office and was told the boss was out and they'd pass my number on and get him to call me. No one called.Didn't return my phonecalls or texts and we wasted a day waiting for them to show up which they never did.
