I am very happy to recommend All Star Security. I found Joe to be extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. He was extremely responsive when we were gathering quotes and seeking feedback. Whilst I found other companies could take several days to respond, he was quick and concise. He explained options and helped us to reach a set-up that we were happy with.In terms of installation, everything was smooth. He was thorough, efficient and did a great job. Where as other companies tried to push us to go wireless, Joe suggested using our existing wired system with new sensors which I was much happier with. It just takes more work to install, hence why others prefer the easy option.Following installation, Joe explained how everything worked. We have had a few questions since and off the back of an email or text he has been on the phone quickly to talk me through the answer.Nice guy, great service, professional job.

Joe Shean of Allstar Security Systems did a fabulous job. He came and repaired our burglar alarm system at very short notice at a very reasonable price. He is a very nice chap to do business with and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

We inherited our alarm system from the previous owners of our house and had not really usedor maintained it. It was reporting a fault, which we had foolishly ignored for weeks, until ultimately the alarm went off at 3am and we were unable to switch it off. Fortunately, the previous owners had left us Joe's number along with a glowing recommendation. To his credit and our great relief, he answered the call at 3am and was able to talk us through solving the immediate problem and come out to do the necessary maintenance several days later. Great guy, great value. Couldn't be happier with the service and, as per the previous owners, we would highly recommend.

After 2 years of having a faulty entryphone system that no one could fix, Joe managed it in 4 hours. Great service, very reasonable quote & 3 very happy flats! Would definitely use Allstar Security again & cannot recommend highly enough.
