AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!They sold us a supposed 5* hotel, which I can absolutely assure you is 3* at a push and if you squinted really really hard. Absolutely no help what so ever when we contacted them about changing hotels and completely washed their hands of any responsibilities. You have been warned

Absolutely shocking company. We are due to travel in one weeks time. There are travel documents missing. Wrong times on the ones sent. No emails have been replied to!! Rubbish customer service. Avoid at all costs. At this rate I don't even think the holiday will go ahead.

I agree with all the other reviewers, the way this company operates is scandalous. Contacted Jetline and requested repayment of the air passenger duty when I had to cancel a recent holiday and also requested the repayment of an incorrect charge of £390 made for the remaining 3 passengers. I phoned on 3 occasions, sent 4 emails, including 2 to the Managing Director. No replies to any of the emails and no reimbursement. What you will find with this company is that there upfront service to sell you the holiday is fine......but absolutely everything else thereafter is horrendous. Once they've got your money that's it! Don't expect anything else at all, especially being reimbursed if something goes wrong. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this bunch of cowboys.

What an absolute joke this agency is. The organization is that of an elementary school student. Have fun shifting through papers and trying to connect the dots of what is happening when. The hotel they put us in for the Milan part of our trip was 25 minutes into the suburbs with nothing around it… and not the easiest to Uber. Public transportation takes 40 minutes. If you want an overpriced skeleton of vacation this is the agency for you!

Trust your gut reaction!!Where do I begin? We have just returned from a holiday in Sicily which we booked with Jetline Holidays back last November. Despite many attempts by them to upsell which were all refused, I should have trusted my gut reaction and not booked with them at all. I realised that all wasn’t well as I had to chase them many times for the hotel voucher and booked excursions which were included within our tour. It seems common practice that you think you are booking to stay at a particular hotel, but you are then changed at the very last minute, sometimes without even being notified. Fortunately, out of 16 people I spoke to, we were the only 2 people not to have had our hotel switched. The tours were, however, changed, and the boat tour was an absolute joke with a boat that had no acceleration and a crew who did DIY repairs with a piece of string! That meant this tour was sadly aborted as the boat concerned was not seaworthy. I was also told by Jetline staff and I also have it in writing, that we were all inclusive - wrong yet another error - it was B&B as there was a computer glitch. Jetline pay no attention to detail, and do not answer complaints efficiently or effectively. I am now requesting a full refund for the aborted boat tour and I will never ever book with Jetline holidays again. They are bringing the travel industry into disrepute and their sharp practice needs to be fully investigated.

This company is a fraud. DO NOT buy any holidays from them. I booked a holiday with them for the 06/08/23-08/08/23 to Cinque Terre, Italy. Was initially £378 but because I wanted to make the most of the trip asked for an earlier flight and so had to pay an additional £190. Flights were with Ryanair. I could not complete the verification form with Ryanair and was reassured that Ryanair would not charge me the £55 per person check-in fee, by Jetline holiday group. However when I got to the airport I was advised by Ryanair that Jetline Holiday Group who also operate as Deluxe Breaks are not authorised to sell their tickets. I did not go on my holiday because by this time it would have totaled £568 plus the additional £110 (£55 x2)= £678 to leave and most likely another £110 to return, as it was 2 people travelling for 2 night stay which is ridiculous. They have refused to give me a refund despite all evidence provided to show issues I had stating it is a supplier issue (Ryanair)I can only conclude this is their M.O., they upsell you on what you think is a bargain deal and because they are not authorised to sell Ryanair flight tickets you are then forced to pay the additional check-in fee. They need to be shut down

Booked a holiday online. Advised that it had gone through and received an email stating that they would contact me in 3 hours or next day. No call or email received. Contacted them who advised booking had not been made. Number shows as London but it is clearly an Indian call centre. Waste of time. At least I found out before I went on the holiday.

The hotel in Hurghada we called the gulag as it was full of drunk Russians. Avoid the Sphinx Hotel the Swiss hotel looked far better. The Nile cruise was fine.

After discussion with the seller the problem of transfers and train tickets is solved. We still do not have written details of what we are paying for but it would appear that Jetline Hollidays is prohibited from providing this information in writing. Having already paid for half of it we will go with it...

After our holiday was cancelled due to covid took months and months to get money back after many emails. After over a year they said they would start paying us back didn’t happen straight away just kept making excuses then eventually got money back in 4 instalments, such a cheek! Can’t find an email for them as I get booklets for a holiday I want to tell them what to do with that.
