ACR Stoves

I have had a couple of stoves from ACR Heat Products, both are great products and they have kept me nice and warm through these bitter winter months. My dealings with customer service has always been second to none, always helpful and friendly. Its always pleasure to do business with ACR Heat Products and I look forward to future dealings.

Very pleased with my new ACR Ashdale multifuel stove. Excellent customer support from ACR both before I bought the stove and afterwards.. This is my first stove so I had plenty of questions about how to get the best out of the Ashdale. I have phoned them several times to get advice. The ACR technical team have been brilliant. It's really good to be able to speak directly to the manufacturer and to have such welcoming responses. Customer service at it's best. Many thanks.

I ordered a Vermont stove through our local stockist - unfortunately the stockist then retired so I had to call ACR to ask for advice. I found them above and beyond helpful in sourcing the part numbers I needed to order & finding me another stockist to help. Not sure if the other 2 reviewers phoned the same company as me but I certainly found them to be helpful.

I phoned ACR to get a quote ror a new boiler. The lady that answered the phone just said , hello. I wasnt sure who i was talking to so i said is that ACR ? she said yes and i told her i wanted a quote for a a new boiler. and she repeated what i had just had just said. her atitude was surly and sour and obviously she had the hump about something.

I purchased an ACR stove through my dealer before Xmas and I am really pleased with it. This is my first wood burning stove and once it had been installed, I needed to speak to someone for advice as I was uncertain about a couple of things. Being just before Xmas, my dealer was closed for the holidays already so I called ACR in Birmingham for advice and they were more than happy to talk me through the issues – the wood I was burning was not seasoned enough, so my glass was tarring up! They were really helpful and patient with me & helped me understand how to operate the stove and how important the fuel is that I needed to burn. Really helpful company & I would be happy to recommend their products.

I have never received anything other than excellent service in all the time i have been a supplier for ACR. They supply my shop with Stoves and spares and we have a very good working partnership.ACR are the manufacturer of stoves not a retailer such as ourselves, any questions/orders/queries would be dealt with through a shop such as ourselves or the person/company originally purchased off.Customers should go to their local stockist for advice.

I have no idea why there are negative reviews for this company. I found them efficient , friendly and the gentleman I spoke to was lovely. I’d happily recommend them!

We have been dealing with ACR for a number of years and they are great company to deal with and their products are fantastic!It's a pleasure to deal with them and we will continue to promote their products at Earth Wood and Stone.

Couldn't disagree more with previous reviewers- bear in mind ACR are a manufacturer not a retailer, have dealt with this company for nearly 20 years. Good people, great products (not to mention British!) and yes...I have one of their stoves in my house too.
