Reliable work done with a pleasant manner.OK so the petrol may be a bit more expensive than supermarkets, but what does one expect for a single independent out in the country, it costs to deliver to spread out sellers, and economy of scale is clearly different from chains. Petrol is offered as a service, if you don't like the cost make sure you stock up at the supermarket with the other things that are cheaper than at independent shops.

Thank you Gordon for rescuing us from the ditch and sorting the car last Saturday! Such brilliant service at short notice and had us back on way in no time. Would highly recommend.

A couple of weeks ago on a Monday evening I hit a pothole about a mile north of this garage and hopped my car with a flat down to this garage. Although it was gone 7.00pm and they were about to shut. They assisted me perfectly - finding a new tyre and replacing my old one. The service I received was great - the price they charged was as competitive as the cheapest I would have been able to find in Exeter and they had me back on the road within half an hour having also carried out a minor repair on the rim of my wheel that was all inclusive within. As it was an extra late finish the owner Gordon finished off the job.In conclusion a great job and a great rescue in time of need nothing whatsoever short of a five star recommendation.Many thanks to Gordon and his professional and friendly crew.CheersTrev

Mid Devon Motor Co what an absolutely amazing, friendly, efficient and caring garage. From the moment I called, practically crying and in a state the receptionist put me at ease. I was straight in and on the ramp to be seen. Given a great quote so I knew what you expect. They got the piece my car needed and fixed it within the day. They ran me home. Driving alone from near Lands End to Somerset a wheel bearing went on my Transit. I called in spur of the moment and they replaced same day! Test driving it to reassure me, before l continued my journey. Amazing trusted service. Two months later they liaised with my local garage solely to help. Above and beyond. Wonderful business to deal with. Highly recommend!

Gordon, Barry and their staff offer an exceptional service to those of us lucky enough to live nearby. Always welcoming and friendly, often seeing us out of difficulty when our cars do not work and have never found them to be anything other than reasonably priced and they always are prepared to advise on costs before going ahead. It is true to say that their fuel is not the cheapest around, but it is really only offered as a service, unlike the big supermarkets etc who use cheap petrol and diesel as a draw to get their customers in. Everybody could use a local garage like this, they are a dying breed and should be treasured.

Recently we were on our way to an important appointment at a Bristol Hospital. Unavoidably (oncoming traffic) we drove over a stone in the road. It did some damage and was making an awful noise.We pulled into Mid Devon Motor Co. Ltd., to see if they could do anything. They were so helpful and kind. The car was put up on the ramp and the damaged part removed. We were able to continue to the hospital thanks to their consideration and incredible helpfulness. Despite difficult times, when l recently had a small problem with my car, a mechanic came out and very happily, despite all of them being busy, sorted out my problem and offered advice as l was buying some fuel. With an excellent friendly attitude this garrage deserves plenty of praise for their service. Well done guys, all the best for 2021, its good your busy, you deserve it.

A fair price for a quality job.Now my go-to garage for all the work and MOT's that I need. Also has an MOT bay and ramps for larger goods vehicles (class 7).I have found them knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and fairly priced.

We were camping near Winkleigh in our old VW T2 Bay and got a puncture, they were so friendly and managed to order a new tyre for the following day and fit it for us so we could make it back to Cornwall. Such a lovely business and amazing people, super professional..we cant thank you enough
