Absolutely fantastic experience with this coach company. Rang last Friday for a last minute day trip. Lady I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating with my request, even arranging to have my wife and I picked up yards from my house. Come Sunday we were picked up and taken to meet the coach going to St Anne's On Sea. Prompt departure of journey with a very well educated informative driver, giving us history and information of places we were passing through along the way. Coach was very clean and seats were so comfortable which is a bonus on a long trip. Coach journey back was good no delays in travel, again picked up and taken back home by the lovely same lady who had picked us up in the morning. All in all my experience with this company was faultless and will use over and over again. To anyone I would recommend you look at Phillips before you look anywhere else.

Been travelling with Phillips for many years now, they don't seem to do the mainstream places its places where you never think you would go, a interesting commentary is given on tours.

Just returned from a 5 day break to Bournemouth, using Phillips coaches. Julian the driver was very pleasant, knowledgeable and accomodating.Part of a rambler group, day trips were on time and Julian always parked centrally to the location visited. Times stated for arrivals etc were accurate.Would highly recommend.

Went to Abergavenny and Monmouth, plenty of time in each town. First time with this company and definitely won't be the last. Comfortable seating and very reasonably priced.
