Time wasting cowboy. Called after one company sent someone out who barely looked at our engine said after twenty min it was the gasket, collected £190 and left. James swore he didn't think it was the gasket and called the other guy a cowboy, very polite and seemed to want to help but in the end he was even worse. Took four hours of billable time to effectively come back with the same answer and same quote to just get it towed - so effectively double the price of the guy he claimed was a cowboy. Wouldn't trust again if my life depended on it. Ironic as my life pretty much was depending on him to be better as it was.

I can recommend James and his team 100%Efficient - reliable - following the whole process through!We used one of their skippers to move our Narrowboat on the Thames and Gordon, the Thames Waterman, was on time, confident and handled our home with precision and care!Definitely will use more of their services!

Called James with an electrical issue on my Bayliner.He came to Walton marina very promptly, diagnosed the problem and arranged for an engineer to attend the marina within a week.The engineer provided a professional and considerate service and resolved our issues.I would highly recommend JSA Marine to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable team with extensive marine knowledge to work on their craft.

James is a honestly a brilliant guy to work with. He’s great at finding solutions when stuff goes wrong, and lovely to deal with.We’ve done 3 separate jobs with James, and continue to go back to him when more work on our boat (engine, electrics or plumbing) is needed as we get on very well every time.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

James gave the tidal Thames course at Shepperton Marina in March and we asked him to take us on a piloted run down the river at the end the month. It was excellent, leaving Teddington on a falling tide, down to the O2 and back again with a stop at Chelsea Harbour for lunch. It all worked well and we will be much more confident when we do it next time on our own.

I used JSA for a boat delivery from Italy to Corfu and they were very reliable, professional and careful, keeping safety a top priority. I had no hesitation in leaving them for the rest of the trip, as I had to depart half way. Would use them again and recommend them for 15 + metre motor boat deliveries.

Great service from James and the team.when I have use JSA I've found them to be onetime, trustworthy, and reliable.James gave a good check over on my boat whilst undertaking some work, and found a couple of safety concerns relating to the battery charger, and quickly worked to rectify the issues.Thanks for the help.

JSA Marine Services fitted new batteries and a new solar panel system on my Narrowboat in London. James was exceptional across the board. He communicated with me brilliantly every step of the way, from my first enquiry to completion, making sure I understood everything and could make informed decisions about what choices to make. Nothing was too much trouble, and I had the genuine impression that he and his team cared immensely about their work and wanted we to deliver the very best job they could.
