Had multiple sports massages from John & he’s always explained his methods and helped me understand the process! Alongside training very regularly he has helped my recovery massively! I’d also recommend him to non sporting men/women, as he obviously knows his stuff & the best ways to benefit you!

I struggled with a stiff shoulder for several years after a bad break.... Physio, exercise, painkillers....nothing really gave any long lasting relief more than a couple of days. One session with John and I've been pain free for at least 2 weeks now. Best £30 I spent ever! Not going to lie, for two days after I was in more pain - but a different kind of pain, like my muscles were reacting to the treatment - then like a miracle all pain was gone and not returned since. Having looked it up that's what's supposed to happen! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John. Good craic too!!

First session with John who helped to release weeks of back, shoulder and arm tension within a single session. Unlike many other sports massages I’ve had over the years, (due to being in a physically demanding job) I didn’t leave feeling battered and bruised. John’s approach is more in tune with the body, he really puts work into the problem areas without making it unbearable. Regained my full range of motion in targeted areas with no aches or pains the following day thanks to John’s methods.Thank you John!

John provided a very professional massage which is tailored to clients needs specific areas were discussed that needs attention given a comfortable clean environment john is very knowledgeable and experienced and gives a great service would recommend and definitely use the services again

John is absolutely incredible. I have a re-occurring frozen shoulder for the last 10 years. I also came to John a few weeks after giving birth (from which I was very sore!) and he took into account all previous illnesses, and I was very considerate to what I needed out of my sports massage. He really focused on my problem areas. John is very welcoming and friendly and he constantly spoke through what he was doing during the massage.I will absolutely be returning and I highly recommend!!

Don't trust your sat nav to get you here! But when you do get there it's a very nice relaxing place. John was brilliant and went very deep into my calves and hamstrings at my request, nothing worse than going to a massage and feeling like they've barely had a go but he definitely got into the problem areas. Also a really nice guy and had good crack, give him a try!

After suffering for months of back pain from an spinal injury from the army, I went to see John, I found him very professional and down to earth, my back feels a millions times better and I will definitely be booking in again.Would highly recommend.
