Courier service picked up and delivered rugs from the yard, excellent service, super clean rugs at a good price - will definitely use them again.

First time there. Happy to accept pet blankets. I asked them not to use conditioner and less wsh powder which they did. Messaged me to let me know they were ready. No problems. Good service & will use again.

I took a Canadian goose down super king size quilt for cleaning along with a man made super king quilt for cleaning. I dropped them with no problem and happy and jovial staff met me. Upon collection the staff and owner was again very happy and my quilts were ready on time when promised and they were professionally packaged along with instruction leaflet what to do with them when I got home. The gentleman owner spent a while talking to me and running through how I could drop my laundry via a code at the door when they were closed. He promised an email to me with prices etc. That arrived before I had returned home. Totally the best service wash centre I have ever used along with very good prices. The business premises are clean and efficiently run with brand new washing & drying machines. All ironing is done with a proper iron and no rollers are used (which I am told ruins the poppers/buttons on quilts. So I would always use this business for my holiday home laundry. Shame other have not had my experience, I can only guess they caught them on a stressful /busy day which is understandable. 10 Stars if I could give award it!

A whole glass of red wine was clumsily split on this cream sofa! We’re in a holiday let and were panicked to say the least. Adrian and team were beyond helpful. Cleaned the cover, seat covers and throw for a decent price and everything is now spotless, it’s better than before! Thank you for the quick turnaround, sense of humour and recommendation to visit Sidmouth. We’ll be sure to recommend you to our local friends.

Shocking. A very poor service and a very poor attitude from certain members off staff. Rude amd arrogant to say the least. Laundry returned smelling like a old peoples home and still danp borderline wet, with items missing and items that were not mine.

We would highly recommend this dry cleaners for specialist cleaning. We have had both our daughters wedding dresses cleaned, they were particularly badly stained due to the day of the wedding being very wet. One being satin and the other being intricate lace and they have both come up as new. We also had the groomsmen suits and silk ties cleaned at the same time, here again all coming up like new. Thank you Town & Country for your expertise and for being such lovely people.

The opening times weren’t updated on Google, so I came all the way here from a nearby town at 12pm on a Friday just to find it closed.

Super king topper washed and dried. Superb, very very pleased.
