Helen did a wonderful job on my ball gown it was an awful lot of work for her I got it back today and it is perfect! The fitting room is immaculate and plenty room in it with a chair which I needed to sit on. Thank you so much to you Helen lovely lady and very nice. Xx

Appallingly awful service.Called a couple of days before I visited the shop to make sure that she could alter wedding dresses. She assured me she could and to bring it in. When I arrived with my shoes and dress, I expected that I would try it on for her to take a look. I had to ask where I could hang my dress and was shown a dirty fitting room. As I showed her the dress she rudely and abruptly told me I would have to buy my own netting and materials for her to make some small alterations. She couldn't give me a price and then she walked away as someone else entered the shop. As I left, she didn't even reply to my goodbye.Shockingly terrible and I would absolutely not recommend this seamstress.

Helen was able to alter my dress 3 days before my wedding after i tried it on and it didn't fit. Honestly a savior, she did a fantastic job, couldn't see at all where it has been altered and it fit perfectly on the day. I couldn't have been more pleased, thank you again.
