Windhill Methodist Cemetery

This cemetery needs some care as the amount of holes and tipped over gravestones makes it dangerous to walk around off the path. At times it can have quite a bit of rubbish strewn about.However, I love this site as I live next to it. I have used the paths to wander with my kids and can be a great place to learn to ride a bike. Some people may not agree with using the cemetery in this way, but I believe it brings life and respect to a place that can become neglected.This is a nice and peaceful cemetery with some great nature and beautiful old gravestones that are full of history.The locals enjoy using it for walks with dogs and for exercise. I believe this makes it a valuable part of the community.The council keeps the grass cut, but again, the holes need filling and the gravestones need attention.
