I don't often review large corporate concerns but must concede that Screwfix is pretty great. They have a large range of products in the vicinity of everywhere I go, apparently. The customer service is great as well, they don't quibble reasonable product return requests and the staff are usually well informed, professional and polite. It's quite difficult to fault this service other than that it's so good it makes competition with them very difficult for independent traders, for instance.

Rather small Screwfix but great for click and collect. Staff were super helpful as I had a return for a purchase from a different store. This was dealt with quickly and without any hassle. A special mention to the duty manager Kaash who went out his way to help. Highly recommend great service at a great price.

3 tills there and but only one till I can order. Another 2 tills only online order click collect. He can't serving me. Even no customer there and He just standing.Waiting with my 2 years old son order 1 A silicone 15 minutes.

Staff are well organised, and adhering strictly to rules. Only negative, you can only purchase online. Then collect in store, or have delivery. I think there should be still an option to buy in store.

Love this place, you can get most things you need and great prices, there and then if not they would order in for you. Great staff, really friendly and helpful towards yourself. Highly recommended.

Average screwfix. The management in covid circumstances is brilliant. Really well organised and thought through. The staff work really hard to get things right for the customer. A really good range of products available. Sometimes can be beaten on price but not on convenience.

Each time I've used this store, the staff have been friendly and extremely helpful. They have offered to carry heavy items to the car for me which has been much appreciated. The service here really is excellent!
