To say that I'm happy with the results from my SMP treatment is probably the understatement of the year! This is quiet simply the easiest and most well deserved 5 star review that I've ever written. The whole process from beginning to end has been flawless (In my case I had the initial consultation followed by 4 treatment sessions). James not only has the skills and expertise to give you the perfect hairline that you've always wanted, but I can quite honestly say that by the time that he'd finished working on mine it is without a doubt the best that it has ever looked. I'm 42, and and thanks to James my hair looks better now than it did when I was in my 20s! The reactions from family and friends have all been great with the general consensus being that it knocks at least 10 years off me :) For anyone considering SMP, I can't recommend James highly enough, he really is a true master of his craft and the passion he has for what he does really shines through to the final results. Like so many others have said, my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner, as the finished results far exceeded my expectations. Recommended to all, you won't be disappointed :)

Since the age of 18 years old I have been insecure about my hair and hairline due to male pattern baldness.When I finally decided to shave my head I was still insecure about my hairline and bald spots meaning I was consistently shaving my head everyday so others wouldn’t see my patches.After a year of studying SMP I made the decision to go for it and I chose James at Hairline Inc, Chester as his work looked great and also had a lot of positive feed back.Since the consultation til my last treatment James has been great, made me feel welcome and eliminated any concerns I had about the treatment. Within the first 5 minutes of speaking to James I was 100% ready and excited for my SMP treatment.Since the treatment I have a new set of confidence and I am no longer insecure about my hair and also I had treatment on my patchy beard which is now looking full and I am continuously getting compliments .The only regret I have is that I didn’t get it done sooner.Thank you James

I've just finished my SMP treatment with James at Hairline Inc and I can't speak highly enough about the process as well as James as a person.I travelled from Ireland for the sessions after I got recommended to James by a family friend which made the whole process a bit less scary for me as I knew I'd be in good hands. Any nerves I did have were soon eased when I went for my first session and we sat down to start the hairline design and then started to procedure.The attention to detail and pride James puts into this is clear to see and I couldn't have wished for a better outcome. I absolute love the result and as a 27 year old it's boosted my confidence massively already, even after a few days.It was a pleasure working with James on this, he's a top bloke and I can't thank him enough.10/10 recommend this for anyone considering getting SMP done. You won't regret it. It's the best decision I've made!

Was made to feel at ease by James from the very beginning, and he continued to support throughout the process. Choosing SMP was a massive decision for me , but one of the best i have made. I was previously using a hair system and the continued expense, problems caused and maintenance was really starting to get me down.James is an expert in his field, is professional and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

James is an amazing guy. he truly cares about his customers and makes sure he delivers exactly what they want. I was nervous but he is so reassuring and he did exactly what he said he would - a truly natural look which grew in over 3 sessions so no-one noticed. Can't not fault him or the quality of his work. Highly recommend.
