Another really nice treatment as usual.The journey travelling to V&H leads to lovely, quiet countryside. So it's a nice change of pace from the busier town area. Then, once you get there, again, it's nice and quiet, scenic.As for the treatment itself, I've been going to Vitality and Health for around five years and always feel a lot better all round, both mentally and physically.As much as I try to look after myself and try to resolve my health issues via my GP Practice and the NHS I often find a colonic not just helps alleviate (and even resolve) them, but also provide that platform I need to reset my lifestyle and get back to being healthy again.Amanda is always polite, patient and friendly. She explains everything beforehand and does her best to reassure you if you have any concerns.She is proactive during the treatment, always able to react correctly during the treatment. So, for example, if you're not in a comfortable position, she'll pick up on that and often react before you ask.I don't know of any other services in the area to compare with except one. But I never went to them because they only offered appointments on one particular day, which wasn't much use to me.Regardless, I'd still highly recommend Vitality and Health to anyone wanting colonic treatment.

I've never had this treatment before however Amanda made me feel totally at ease. Please if you're considering this do not hesitate as I already feel much healthier and understand my body more. Lovely quiet location, purpose built and modern.

Not had this kind of treatment before so was very nervous about having it. Amanda makes you feel so at ease straight away and explains the whole process from start to finish so you know what to expect . Her down to earth personality removes any awkwardness straight away and I felt comfortable throughout. After the treatment I felt an instant difference with my stomach and the bloating seemed to go straight away. Finally her dietary advice will hopefully make me feel a lot better going forward. I would definitely recommend this treatment to those who are just thinking about it like I was.

I found Vitality and Health after suffering with my health for over two years. I was in a pretty miserable place with digestive issues, swelling, bloating, weight gain, pain, recurrent miscarriages, fatigue and vitamin deficiencies. I had been diagnosed with IBS with no hard and fast way to manage it.
