I had the pleasure of working with Gordon Cole in a professional capacity for a number of years before my retirement in 2016. I also engaged Cole and Co to produce plans and obtain the necessary permissions for the north extension to my family home in Bugbrooke. The decision to use Gordon's company was based on my professional involvement with him and my wife's impressions at the initial site meeting. I highly recommend engaging Gordon in the early stages of any project; his knowledge is invaluable; he generously shares thoughts and materials which is extremely helpful. I appreciated his input especially into a potential property which needed “work” the summary he provided detailing the opportunities and potential issues was essential when looking at taking on such a project. Although it turned out not to be the right project, Gordon’s experience and guidance was reassuring and welcomed.
