Very good.

Rude staff- went to return a parcel through evri drop off and got told to come back later as the machine wasn’t turned on which is fair enough- went back 1 hour later and the lady sighed when I said I was there for a parcel return. I had stuck the printed bar code on the parcel that I had printed out, a man then appeared and said I needed to take off the delivery label (the one with my details on) which I could not do as it would have ripped the full bag open. He then started being very rude saying take it off take it off you’ve done it wrong we can not accept this it needs taken off. I have never ever taken off an original label when returning a parcel before so I said no it should not matter. The woman then scanned my parcel as the man was still going on tutting and sighing, the lady then said “put it in there” and pointed to a sack in the middle of the shop floor- not behind the till so accessible to anyone. The man was then saying to me as I was leaving the shop it’s your fault if it does not go it’s your fault your fault your fault he was very irritated and was raising his voice. What has happened to customer service? I was simply trying to return a parcel I won’t bother going here next time or ever again for that matter.
