James was excellent from start to finish. His service manner was very good - polite, professional, respectful, responsive, open to my preferences. The quality of his work was also top notch - he carried out everything with very good care, mindfully, with thoughtful suggestions, and otherwise exactly as I wanted. His pricing was also very competitive. He doesn’t have as many ratings as others which gave me pause on using his services but I’m very pleased that I did!

James, Emi, Conor and Daniel pruned trees and cut back surrounding shrubs. This was quite a substantial undertaking especially as there was no external access to the back garden and everything had to be brought through the house. All the work was completed very efficiently and to a very high standard, which included installing and removing full protection throughout the utility room, kitchen, and hall. At the end of the day everything was left neat and tidy. I was very impressed by James and his team.

My mum booked James and his team to trim out fabulous Oak and Silver Birch from a recommendation of another company.The Oak had a shoddy job done to it 2 years ago and in the process they damaged the Birch to the point we thought it couldn’t be saved.James came and reshaped the Oak so it didn’t look so sad and misshapen and managed to save the birch, which we were sure was a gonner! They were polite, respectful, professional, worked from the back of the garden and left the place SPOTLESS!Cannot thank them enough for the advice and doing such a great job! Their prices are so reasonable that I was shocked when I was told the price. Keep it the good work, will recommend them to anyone who asks

This was my first time using a tree surgeon. James trimmed down 3 huge sycamore trees in my back garden. He was easy to contact, always responded promptly on WhatsApp, and his quote was a lot cheaper than another quote I received. Got the job done a week after first contact, very fast and efficient on the day. Unfortunately my shed roof suffered some damage during the job, but James came back with his dad and fixed it for me the following week at no extra charge. Would recommend.
