I recently visited Burger Shack with a friend and had a fantastic time! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home.We ordered two burgers - The Boss burger and the Chick N' Shack - and both were outstanding. The Boss burger was a thick, juicy beef patty with Monterey Jack Cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The patty was smashed to perfection and cooked just the way we wanted it. The Chick N' Shack was equally amazing, with panko-coated fried chicken and cheese that was bursting with flavor.Aside from the mouth-watering burgers, the overall taste of the food was outstanding. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the ingredients tasted fresh and of high quality.The staff were also very nice and friendly, which added to the overall enjoyable experience. They were attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.Overall, I had an excellent experience at Burger Shack and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious burger joint. The food was outstanding, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was just right. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

Every time i am in manchester have to visit burger shack no matter what. The food is absolutely fantastic. My favourite is the mighty chicken burger, the flavour taste spice is amazing. Staff are very friendly and welcoming would highly recommend.

Dry chicken burger, missing most ingredients listed. The sauces were solid, lumpy and inedible. Chips had MOULD growing on them. Possibly the worst food I’ve ever seen in my entire life, if I can even call it food. My eight year old son vomited violently and then soiled himself during the night. They could NOT pay me to eat this again!! I wish there was an option for zero stars.

Ordered a Chick N Shack and a Boss burger. The chicken sandwich was lovely with juicy succulent piece of crispy fried chicken fillet and a delicious layer of melted cheese. With the boss burger, however, I was disappointed to see that the patties were not smash patties, though still quite nice.The staff at the place were very welcoming and cheery recommending their favourites and their ideas for the dishes they serve.All in all the experience was neither positive nor negative. It’s a place I would recommend if you’re passing by and feeling like a bite.

Ordered few different burgers from here, all were quite flavourful, generous sized portions, burgers were quite dense with good toppings. Not the best smash burger Ive had but really good value for money if you’re looking for a tasty filling burger meal, around £7/8 for meal and discounts available. Chips and dips were really nice, preferred smash burgers over the fillet burger.

Excellent service and good prices. Milkshakes were good. Burgers were fresh and juicy but a bit bland to our taste (we had the Boss and Big Up) Patty was lacking some seasoning plus fully melted cheese would have been nicer. I do recommend they consider some seasoning to the patty or more flavoursome sauces in the burger. House sauce dip was great.

Really good burgers. You can ask for them medium if you like them pink. Fries were really nice and impressed with the thickness & quality of milkshake.

Mighty chicken and chicken burger were excellent. Service was excellent. Chicken is so tender and freshly made. Recommend cleaning the seating waiting area to make it spotless for customers picking up orders or eating in.

Definitely the BEST chicken burger I've tasted. Super fresh, crispy and piping hot. I went for the mighty chicken burger meal with curly fries and a fast & furious milkshake. The spice level was just right and the burger was juicy, tender and crispy!

Awesome place to eat delicious food! This eatery has everything. The decor and atmosphere is really nice, it provides a family friendly environment. There's plenty of indoor seating. Situated in a prime location with parking close by. The food is delicious and well known. The staff are super hardworking and friendly and the food is well priced. Would definitely recommend 10/10
