Got a great new Toyota from Macklin. Michael was so helpful and nothing is too much trouble to him. Definitely 10/10.

Excellent Service from Colin give the man a promotion and payrisesorted out a recall gave my car full valet and even replaced the fuses 4 the wipers u really cant ask for more well impressed

As per normal everyone here is amazing. One of the best car showrooms in the area.

- Bought Car mid December- Drove away with warning light- Booked repair before Christmas- Arrived for booked repair and told I won't be seen due to lack of staff, apology and promise of callback first week in January and a free tank of fuel- Hear nothing, busy month and I need to call Macklin Motors in February- Service booked 13th February- Drop car off 0930, told I'll be called by half 4 to let me know when car is ready. Also told I'll need to pay a £114 fee for the car to be looked at. Annoyingly recapped the situation to the employee who then changed the repair to complimentary- Repair not carried out, technician questions if I've had a tyre replaced - absolutely not- Car to go back 14th February- No courtesy car offered or provided- Repair not completed, stays overnight into 15th- Called again on 15th and advised it needs to stay another night- Car finally repaired on 16th and drove away, no free tank of fuel for initial disappointment in December, nevermind the following mistakes- Checked tyre pressure when I got home which was related to the fault and the correct pressure wasn't even setBitterly disappointed with how I've been treated as a customer, I wouldn't recommend Macklin Motors to anyone.
