Iain is an incredibly honest guy and one of the finest tradesmen we have come across. He took so much care over the plastering of our kitchen and bathroom in our tenanment flat, both of which were difficult rooms to plaster and so many other tradesmen had let us down because of this. The quality of Iain's work is second to none and he is reliable, hard working and takes a pride in his craft. We could not recommend higher.

We've used Iain's services on 2 separate occasions. The first time was when the lathe and plaster ceiling collapsed in a bedroom, following water damage. The second occasion was to repair a bedroom wall following removal of a radiator.The first time Iain came round, I was immediately struck by his professionalism and attention to detail. We received his very competitive quote within the week and his start date soon followed. When the work started I was impressed with his reliability and speed, but most of all the quality of his work. When further plastering work was required, I didn't hesitate to contact Iain and he fitted me in promptly.It has been a pleasure dealing with Iain and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

I would very highly recommend Iain: he undertook a really challenging project for us, which involved plastering a large hall and stairwell, in an old house where the walls needed quite a lot of remedial work, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. Iain cut out and re plastered part of a bedroom ceiling that had been damaged by water ingress. The work was faultless and he sealed himself in the room to prevent dust escaping. On the few occasions when he came out of the room he changed into a pair of shoes kept outside the bedroom to prevent plaster dust being spread around the house.Iain's price was reasonable and I would definitely use him again.

Iain recently completed some plastering work on our flat and we are delighted with the results. Nothing was too much hassle, even with our extra high ceilings. We had sections cut out and plastered and others skimmed to a high standard. He also completed a few extra fixes for us which was greatly appreciated.
