I had a pleasant experience here pre-process but no one explained to me or prepared me for how awful and painful it would be. The women gave me a few codeine tablets but didn’t tell me what I would be about to endure, is technically contractions and more stronger pain medication is necessary. I was screaming on the phone to a&e in pain because I was in absolute agony and there was nothing I could do to stop it. This was last night, and Eventually the pain did stop and luckily now I’m not experiencing any pain and the process was quick but I don’t like how they didn’t tell me how painful it would be it was honestly the worst thing I’ve ever experienced in my life to think the pill is the easy option

I cannot thank the ladies enough. Jemima in particular was absolutely lovely and professional.
