90% of the time good service. I have used them over 40 times over many years for return trips to Heathrow.Most of the time they were on time, car was clean, drivers were professional.There were a few issues with drivers:* Once the driver did not show up. The office arranged a replacement, but this cost an hour. Luckily I made the flight.* 4-5 times I had to wait at Heathrow 30mins+, most recently in August 2022.* Twice the drivers were demanding tips* Once or twice the driver thought the road is a racing track, was bragging that they were not yet caught speeding and how they negotiate with police. Once or twice a novice driver (keeping sat nav instructions on full detail narration on the speaker, having the front seat moved so much back that there was barely any space to get into the car)Office:* Phone/email support is great, very responsive and requires very few iterations, all of my issues were resolved quickly.* The website is clumsy and poorly thought through, but once you are used to it is sufficient to book a trip and see upcoming/past trips. Notifications are broken, sometimes the web site shows a driver to be on their way 12 hours before the pickup time.* Usually a day before the trip an email and sms confirms the trip details* Phone support is mainly in office hours, but there is an emergency number available.

We were so impressed with the efficiency of your service, from point of booking right through to getting us home safe and sound from our trip abroad. Everything was very professional and reassuring; we appreciated the emails and texts we got to confirm the booking and keep us updated, the drivers were prompt to arrive and friendly and the cars were extremely comfortable, particularly with young children. Most importantly for a family holiday booking, we felt reassured throughout that you would turn up on time and would not let us down! All for a very reasonable price. We will certainly be recommending you to all our friends and look forward to booking with you again in the future.

Amazing service, magnificent drivers and best-of-class punctuality. Airport Lynx is the company I prefer to transfer me from Cambridge to Heathrow and back and so far I'm more than happy. Their fleet is in immaculate condition, their prices are reasonable - especially if you consider the quality of service you get - and their drivers are really kind and helpful offering a relaxed and safe experience. Incredible service this summer when Airport Lynx came to our rescue when we were stranded at a UK airport by our airline following a cancelled flight. Sammy and her team made a huge effort to get us to where we needed to be at the last minute and at a time of high demand, and the driver was fantastic - they went above and beyond in customer care. Brilliantly efficient, reliable and helpful when you need them most.

The team at the Cambridge Film Festival is immensely grateful to Airport Lynx for their professionalism and good service. They do all the transfers to/from the airport of our filmmaker guests and we have never had a single issue. The team in the office is exceptional and very flexible, the booking process is very easy and detailed. The drivers go above and beyond to ensure that the passenger has a comfortable and safe journey. Just wanted to say a big thank you to you all for our transfers to and from Stansted last week. This is the third time we have used you and it is faultless service each time.Gary was brilliant in finding our house in the dark, in the rain, at 3am. It was horrible weather, but he provided a very smooth ride.As did Steve F on our journey home a week later.It is invaluable to us having your team deliver and collect us at the start and end of our holiday. We receive texts the night before confirming details of the driver and vehicle. And a photo in an email on the day so we can confirm our driver.We were very remiss in not providing a review last year. On that occasion, we were very impressed that when our driver was caught in an accident in Cambridge at 4am, the CEO himself came out to collect us, so we didn't miss our flight. We were able to confirm his identity from his photo on their website. And not long after, we received an update text confirming both driver and vehicle. Not bad for 4am!

We've used Airport Lynx several times, both for airport drop offs and 'meet and greet' pick ups. We've always had excellent service, smooth journeys and punctual and helpful drivers. They even managed to book us in at short notice when we were diverted to a different airport and it would have meant a complicated train journey. Highly recommended for peace of mind and a stress-free start or finish to your trip.
