I ordered a beautiful Royal Tartan scarf as a gift for a special birthday present.Due to difficulties with postal delays customer service organised a replacement item to arrive so the day wasn’t spoilt.I cannot fault the service I received.Matthew is a birthday saving heroThe item arrived and is of the highest quality and so soft, the colours are incredible.The packaging was lovely and made it more special. Just to say I have received my order today of the beautiful Kilted skirt in Glenlyon Tweed.I absolutely love it.From the start of placing my order, to the finished garment to the packing, the service was excellent.It is just gorgeous.

Very disappointed .I ordered a scarf and whilst I appreciate it was a preorder item I would never have imagined that it was going to take so long.I ordered on 3rd September and finally after a couple of emails chasing my scarf received an email advising that anything ordered after 1st September would not arrive before Christmas.I finally gave up at that point and cancelled the order and asked for a refund.Whilst they had been very quick to take my order and my money in September and they were quick to say they were cancelling they said payment has not been refunded with no timescale as to when it would be.The products may be nice..I will never know but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.When taking pre orders for products it would be good to give an idea of timescale, especially if it is potentially going to be over 4 months wait.

Honestly very disappointed with my experience with Great Scot.The customer service I received was absolutely terrible, to the point where I was in tears multiple times. The entire process of ordering once they had my money was just a nightmare.Once paid in full (and it was a very expensive order) I didn’t even hear from them until I sent several emails and eventually a Facebook message. Finally I was contacted and sent through my measurements.Then, due to a mistake they made (and then blamed me for) I was told it would not be made in the tartan that I actually wanted. Eventually after pleading and begging with them it turned out they hadn’t even started the order and so making it in the tartan I ordered in the first place was not an issue.So then I waited. No updates, no correspondence from them at all unless I sent several emails.Despite knowing well in advance that I needed my order for a special occasion and assuring me it would be completed and sent with plenty of time, it was posted to me a week before my event and did not arrive in time. I was devastated.When I finally got my order I was even more upset. The fabric is nice enough but the overall quality is not what I expected from this company. Despite providing my measurements everything was too big and when I put it on it was saggy and shapeless. The sleeves are too short. The clothing is lightweight, baggy and has no structure. The buttons are sewn on loosely so they sag down. There are multiple loose threads that were not trimmed off. When I tried it on I just cried and cried.I also ordered a family crest pewter pin, the clasp is faulty and it will not stay done up.I’m actually glad it arrived too late because I would not have worn it. An absolute nightmare from start to finish with ordering and receiving. The customer service was just terrible and so disappointing. The outfit is stuffed away in my wardrobe and will more than likely never be worn.

I have just received my 6 Great Scot Ukraine tartan items that I ordered for Christmas gifts. Spectacular! I am beyond pleased with the quality, but what really took hold of my heart were the multiple inserts included that certify the registration of this new Scottish tartan and the authenticity of my purchases, and the photo and tribute cards regarding support for Ukraine in the purchase of these items. The Scottish people, naturally, understand the fight of the Ukrainians against would-be oppressors. I am honored to support this causeand with now an heirloom reminder of this moment in time. The Thistle and the Sunflower will not be trampled underfoot but will seek the sun no matter the challenges.

Just a quick note to let you know my package was delivered yesterday. I am thrilled with the craftsmanship all round! Thanks for such great products and for helping Ukraine. My mother’s family came from Ukraine to Canada in 1928 so near and dear to my heart.

This order exceeded my expectations!! I ordered the very lovely scarf in the Ukraine tartan. It was packed very well and had all the verifying paperwork to confirm it was a legitimate tartan for Ukraine. I would definitely order from Great Scot again! Excellent service from Skye and the team at Great Scot.I bought a pair of earrings and was disappointed to find that one of them was faulty. I contacted Great Scot and received a very quick response to my concerns with the reassurance that a replacement pair would be sent as soon as possible and I didn’t have to return the faulty ones to receive a replacement. They arrived within a few days, nice quality earrings and beautifully packaged This time they were perfect!I was very impressed with the customer care and service from the team at Great Scot.Highly recommended

Last year I bought the Scotland Forever Poncho and I absolutely loved it. I recently went on a mini cruise to europe. On the ship it does tend to get cold due to airconditioning. So I brought the Poncho along and it was just perfect looked stylish and kept me warm the whole trip. No need for coats and jackets. It is my ideal wardrobe staple for any trip.I am so grateful and worth every penny.I have added an picture of me wearing it on the ship.
