My partner and I always ring up for collection, never usually takes over 15-20 mins waiting time and always good customer service over the phone and in store.Simply Pizza is lovely, can't fault it.

One of the best pizzas I've had, better than the big companies like Dominoes or pizza hut, quick delivery and very hot, not warm like Dominoes.

Chicken sizzler with deep crust.Far too much bbq sauce base, cheese simply fell off, hardly any chicken, zero bacon, dough wasn’t that warm…. Taste was very poor. Textures just as poor.

NOT impressed by the hygiene .I watched the staff make the Pizza's whilst waiting.On entering the shop, they were all sat around on their phones.Once I gave my order. NO ONE WASHED THERE HANDS beforetouching food with NO Gloves.Obviously their phones have been close to there faces,touching the screen on the phone. .... making pizza's without washing their hands. ...with covid still around NOT GOOD.Not wearing gloves either, picking up the toppings with there bare hands.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Don't know how they have Hygiene Certificates in the window?

£17.99 (stuffed crust chicken sizzler apparently 13).GF - "cheese tastes like Dettol". Not sure I would go that far but at that price if they're waiting a Michelin star they best not hold their breath."
