Lucas May Flowers & Gifts

My friend in USA arranged for a bouquet to be delivered on my birthday. The flowers are very fresh and beautifully arranged. My friend who ordered the flowers was equally impressed when she saw the photos.

I always use Lucas May for flowers and they always provide great flowers! Catherine is lovely and always very helpful, especially at short notice, can’t recommend her enough

I purchased a stoneglow diffuser from this place advertised on ebay as UNUSED, BRAND NEW, UNOPENED & when it arrived it had no cellophane on the box, no plastic around the top of the bottle & the bottle was HALF EMPTY, They are no saying it was not bought from them. They have deleted my sale from ebay so it looks as though i did not buy it from them, otherwise I would have left negative feedback on there tooI am now waiting for a full refund from themPLEASE read their description in full before purchasing from their e bay shop.......NOT good practise

Reputable retailers offer great service normally but when things don’t go right, they sort them. This clearly isn’t one of those retailers. Having had flowers delivered that bore little resemblance to the website picture, the shop did nothing to resolve this, other than to state that the cost of flowers had gone up. Half of the flowers were also just buds so we got a partial display and when the others do flower, we’ll have to extract the dead ones. I could’ve got a better display from a petrol station and for the money, got another one next week, and again the week after, and the week after.You only get once chance with flowers bought for special occasions and in getting ready to create this review, I saw the complaint about messing up the funeral flowers. Wow. Just Wow.I assume I’m going to get some patronising response but please save your time. A full refund would be the best outcome.Update following your worthless response: Nice try at making it sound like you have done what you can to resolve it but you didn't and sadly, you still have an unhappy customer and clearly, you don't care. I also made that crystal clear on our call.I've uploaded some pictures of the website and what you sent so others can judge. I hope you don't send buds to funerals. No one I have showed these to thinks they are in any way the same, even accounting for seasonal availability of some flowers. Worries me that you do.Other customers beware!

Catherine always creates the most beautiful bouquets. She's always my go to when we need flowers for family and friends (or myself!) She is kind, genuine and always friendly. Catherine and Lucas May is an important part of the village.
